Who we are

This policy covers growthinbound.ai, the website of Growth Inbound, a marketing agency for med spas and dental practices. It explains what information the site collects, what we do with it, and how you can ask us to see or delete it. If anything here is unclear, email [email protected].

What you send us through our forms

Our contact forms ask for some or all of the following:

• your name
• your email address
• your message
• your clinic type (med spa, dental or other)
• your city
• your clinic’s website address

Our forms are built with the WPForms plugin. When you submit one, your answers are emailed to [email protected] and are not stored on this website. We use them to reply to you and to prepare for a conversation about your clinic. We don’t add you to a mailing list, and we don’t sell or rent your details to anyone.

Please don’t send patient information or anything medical through the form. It isn’t built for that.

What our servers log

Like almost every website, ours keeps standard server logs. Each time a page loads, the log records things like your IP address, browser type, the page you asked for and the time. We use these logs to keep the site running and to spot abuse or errors.

The site is delivered through Cloudflare, which provides caching and security. Cloudflare processes the same kind of request data so it can serve pages quickly and block malicious traffic, and it may set a small cookie that is strictly needed for that security work.

Cookies and analytics

This site doesn’t use third-party analytics or advertising cookies. Nobody is following you around the web because you visited us.

The site may record simple page-view statistics, such as which pages were visited and when. These are first-party, don’t use cookies, and are stored on our own server, not sent to an analytics company. If we add a privacy-first analytics tool later, we’ll update this page.

Booking a call

Our “Book a call” buttons open Calendly, a scheduling service, on Calendly’s own website. Anything you enter there, such as your name, email and chosen time, is collected by Calendly under Calendly’s privacy policy. Calendly then shares the booking details with us so we can hold the call.

Who else sees your information

Only the people at Growth Inbound who need it to reply to you, plus the service providers named above (our website host, Cloudflare, our email provider and, if you book, Calendly) as part of running their services. We would also disclose information if the law required it.

How long we keep it

We keep the emails your form messages arrive in for as long as we need them to talk with you and to keep ordinary business records. If you’d like yours deleted sooner, just ask.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email [email protected] with your request and the email address you used, and we’ll take care of it and confirm by email. You won’t be treated any differently for asking.

Changes to this policy

If we change how the site handles information, we’ll update this page and the effective date at the top.
